Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a senior operational manager to oversee the delivery of programmes in research, strategy development, teaching and education that contribute to the region’s dynamic ecosystem for health research and innovation. With a good understanding of change management and the environment for healthcare, life sciences and academic research, the post holder will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the shape and nature of collaborations and partnerships across the region.

Substantial experience in project management, business planning, change management, operations improvement and leadership are essential for this role. The post holder will also have the leadership and diplomacy skills required to work at Board level across each of the OAHP’s five partner organisations, as well engaging with busy clinicians, academics and senior managers.
