OAHP Research Development Award Scheme

OAHP Priority: To develop clinical academic pathways for nurses, midwives, and allied health professionals.

Partners across the OAHP are closely linked in their objective to improve education and training for the whole workforce.

As part of efforts across the region to develop and enhance the research culture for nurses, midwives, allied health professionals, and Pharmacists, OAHP has established a Research Development Award Scheme.

This scheme supports clinical staff employed across the five OAHP partner organizations to develop their capability and capacity for research through education, practice development and training, with an emphasis on collaboration and partnership working.

In 2022, the scheme is funded by OAHP Charity, NIHR Oxford Health Biomedical Research Centre, NIHR Oxford Biomedical Research Centre, and NIHR Oxford and Thames Valley Applied Research Collaboration.
